Business Mediation

This service is designed to help business clients who are experiencing cash flow difficulties.

The aim is to make their businesses more viable.

We prepare an Operating Budget with the client customer and identify how much profit or loss they are making on a weekly or monthly basis. We will draw up an Asset & Liability Statement and a Letter of Authority to enable us to contact all the creditors with up to date information. Then, depending on the amount of profit or loss, we will attempt to mediate between the debtor client and his creditors. This may involve reducing the debts through offering payments in full and final settlement or by stage payments. Very often the mere act of communication can pave the way to calming creditor clients, making a mediated solution easier to achieve. If we can create a situation where there is win/win for both parties then we will have succeded.
