Business Development Work

Business Development Work is designed specifically for small to medium sized enterprises. The aim is to make businesses work so that the owners don't have to.

This is achieved by a process of systematisation that lasts approximately 24 months.

Qualified clients are invited to attend a short seminar where they complete an Action Plan guide. This plan identifies the main problem areas for most small business owners and shows the solutions. Interested clients can then choose to take part in an Initial Consultation where their trading figures are analysed. After this initial consultation with the client, a Business Development Specialist will draw up a report and identify the Profit Improvement Potential of the client's business.
Clients at this stage can choose to do a full days planning Session, leading to Business Development work or opt for membership of the Business Getting Results club. This club of no more than 12 similar size businesses meets once a month and covers business topics to improve bottom line profit.
